An incident that will make you think twice if you are living in a safe place you think you are…

CWBChicago has reported a group of shoplifters hitting up the Bottega Veneta store near the Magnificent Mile.

It was stated that 11 suspects have rushed into the store after the employee admitted one person at the store. There are about 35 handbags were stolen and each purse retailed for thousands of dollars.

Recently, the Bottega Veneta store was hijacked again, but this time, it was a 2 manned game.

Chicago Police Department have issued CCTV footage of the incident with the motive of asking the public to come forward with any information that will help to resolve the incident.

It was confirmed that thousands of dollars worth of luxury purses were stolen by these two hooded suspects.

One robber was seen letting his pal into the Italian designer store, scaring a terrified shop assistant in the process, before they began clearing its shelves of luxury leather goods, which retail for up to $6,200.

Watch it here:

As you can see on the security footage, the red hooded suspect then walked around the corner to what appeared to be the back door of the store while the employee is then seen suspiciously walking around the same corner.

The male suspect then abruptly pushes the employee out of the way as another rushes into the store sporting a black hoodie.

The distraught female employee follows the black hooded suspect as the other thief begins to collect at least six purses off the display cases.

Shoplifting crimes have been creeping into Chicago’s suburbs in recent weeks and here are a few CCTV footages from different stores.

And so far, this is the most bizarre and very brave act of shoplifting.
